It serves as a virtual help desk to expedite technical support requests, provide meaningful information, and intelligently store and display solutions to past problems. From the website you can submit help requests, view support history, organize and find solutions to past help requests, analyze solutions and heuristics, view your system specifications, search our FAQ, and more.
