Installed on the head node and exclusively configured for each individual cluster, Phoenix brings together all the best cluster management applications and a full suite of command line utilities to deliver a fully-functional clustering environment. With Phoenix, the complex inner workings of a compute cluster are abstracted into a convenient and straightforward interface, making cluster administration virtually effortless!

Fast and Easy Technical Support. ACP makes submitting and resolving technical support requests easier and faster by providing an efficient and organized help request ticketing system. When you submit a help request, our technical support staff quickly investigates the issue, determines the symptoms and diagnosis, and finds the solution - which is displayed in the portal as well as emailed to the client.

Organized Solution Database. Use the solution database to find resolutions to past help requests, providing a single point of access to all cluster information and facilitating smooth transitions during personnel changes through the sharing of knowledge and experience. This eases the technical burden on IT staffs as Atipa engineers organize and summarize all inventory records and service tickets.

IAS

Atipa Software Group has developed the Inventory Accounting System (IAS) to simplify the tracking of clustering hardware inventories. IAS makes it easy to quickly gain access to their systems' accounting data.  It allows you to streamline serial numbers, component versions, firmware updates, software versions and hardware management into one simple system.
