Optimized for mission-critical, enterprise level storage applications, Atipa's innovative AT-6LR Scalable Storage Server features a completely redundant, fault-tolerant "Cluster-in-a-box" system. The 3U Super SBB supports 16x 3.5" Hot-swap HDDs (SAS1, SAS2 or Enterprise SATA*) and allows you to expand beyond 16 HDDs by using the SBB JBOD SYS-937R-E2JB from Supermicro. The Super SBB provides hot-swappable canisters for all active components. Each of the two connections between serverboards allows a serverboard to take control over the hard drives of another serverboard if it fails, allowing the system to stay up and running, and is enabled by software available upon request. These servers are also equipped with 80Plus Gold 1200W high-efficiency power supplies and redundant cooling fans, and is a highly reliable system at a competitive price.
