The Stilla10 enables an economical advantage when you offer as a powerful resource to your major enterprise partners. You can continue to grow and collaborate within reasonable budget while centered on your research advancement.

Attribute

Each of the Atipa Stilla10 blade servers includes (1) management module with automated management software via web interface and is IPMI 2.0 Compliant with KVM over LAN and KVM over IP. Optional second management modules can be installed for redundancy. A tidy graphic in the management software displays installed blades with their status indicators and whether they're being accessed via KVM.

Another graphic of the enclosure shows the resident power supplies and expansion modules to provide fan speeds and temperature status.

Network connectivity options are Layer 2 Gigabit Ethernet and 20Gbps InfiniBand. Both connectivities can also be configured to be simple pass-through.

The gigabit switch has ten internal and ten external ports, and the primary switch links to the first port on each blade. Adding a secondary switch brings each blade's second network port into action.

Adding a mezzanine card on each server blade will deploy 20Gbps Infiniband. Together the IB switch and mezzanine HCA bring not only high-bandwidth (20Gb/s) connectivity, but also with hardware-based I/O virtualization and latency as low
as 1.2 microseconds.

Memory modules and processors are the critical components when running jobs. At the Atipa Lab, complicated test programs are used to validate all memory modules and processors. The testing programs use cycle-count instruction to obtain data. Then, the sum is checked as a simple test of reliability.
